Catherine,

What kind of printer are you printing to, and how do you send it there?
That is, do you use a product to push the output to that printer or does
it go straight through?

I can ping the printer which is at another site.  I can send jobs from
HP
from my site to the other site.  The priority of the print job is
higher
than the outfence.  Nothing is printing there apart from if somebody at
the
same site as the printer, prints from Windows.  Please help.
