really been great.  We've revised our quote a dozen times, and this young
man has been very patient each time.  He's worked hard to get us
discounts and promotions.>>

I wonder if HP cares that a mailing-list server, typically used to report
problems, ask for help with problems, and share experiences in solving
problems, is considered the proper forum for reporting this exceptional
condition? ;-)
