Steve:

Speedware has only one program that executes all modules. Menu modules, screen
modules, logic modules and report modules are created by a program called
'DESIGNER'. Designer creates all type of modules and allows interaction between
each of these modules. This is to say, a report module can call a screen module
for input and then call a logic module to process the input and then go on to
run the report, or a logic module can first call a screen, then logic, and
followed by a report. Their are many methods to using Designer. Ultimately,
the final modules are compiled and executed by a program call SPW4GL.

I am a independent consultant with HP3000 systems and have specialized in COBOL
and Speedware Applications, so if you would like further information, reply to
me privately.
