Be sure and budget for portable oxygen and a CPR kit, just in case Hewlett
Packard executives in attendance actually mention the e3000!

Subject: HP World

X-no-Archive:yes
I am being asked to put together costs for going to HP World. I imagine that
several on this list already have a pretty good idea of these exact figures.
Since those of you who care probably already know these numbers, please
reply off list, and I will repost what I come up with. Assume the entire
conference for an Interex member (I am not a member, but understand that the
savings on HP World justifies membership). I realize that hotel and food
will require "precision guesswork", and transportation is my own personal
problem to calculate. Reasonable recommendations for economy are welcome.
Thanks. And, a public thanks to the well-known list member whose private
question, "Are you going to attend HP World in Philadelphia in a few weeks?"
may have provided a final impetus to get my boss to seriously consider this,
after only one year of recommending it.

Let me know what the cost is and we'll have to figure out other expenses
(hotel, food, transportation).
