DEL was a character based pre-curser to VIEW.
As I recall, it was never released to the market.
HP used it in some internally developed applications
in the late '70's and early '80s.
(PINCO and PITS come to mind, I supported both
at DMD in early '80's)

I seriously doubt you will find a copy.

has anyone heard of DEL, I think it stands for "data entry lib.". I'm
