I have successfully used a DLT tape drive on 5.0.  I configured the system
to think that it was a HP DAT drive, and it worked just fine.  I have not
attempted to get the autochanger to work on 5.0, but I highly doubt it would
work with the Storagetech Driver.  I do have plans to test that in the near
future.

As for HP, I've had several conversations in this regard with HP, most
notably with Harvey Skinner and Mark Calomeni.  To my knowledge, no direct
development is yet being done for HP3000 support for the DLT.
