I receved some spam that solicits to sign up for a home elecrical generator system. It points to this site:

http://elec4u.2w1.net/Offer.htm

In the FAQ section it states that the generator is powered by batteries that are in turn charged by a portion of the electricity generated, with no external power!

Though a significant portion of the list would enjoy this one.
