CSY is launching a "mini-investigation" to look into what software
limits (if any) are in urgent need of increasing. I am posting this
message to the COMP.SYS.HP.MPE list to get some feedback from all of
you on the subject of software limits.

In general the question is which softaware limits are you (or you
customers) either currently hitting or getting dangerously close to
hitting. It is extremely important that I hear from as many people as
possible. You can either post a direct response to this message in
this newsgroup, or send me private e-mail.

I am going to use this data, and data collected from other sources,
to produce a prioritized list of which software limits are most
urgently in need of addressing. There is obviously no garuentee that
CSY will immediately fund a project to increase every software limit
that is identified. However, it is a pretty sure bet that we will not
be deploying engineering resources to fix problems that we are not
aware of. This is a real opportunity for you to give us direct
feedback.

Thanks in advance....
