I've actually done it in the last 12 months or so to a 920 and a 922.  I
don't recall the exact message (something to the effect of
"Overtempature" as Wirt noted), but the text on the console flashed and
beeped a lot.

Hi All,

This is an odd request I know, but can anybody describe the 3K's
reaction to abnormally high room temperatures ?

Someone told me that it issues a message on the console
something like "Help! I am too hot."

Urban legend ?
