I believe that LISTFILE (!?!) does mention this parm. And ALTSEC under
4.0 does not explain ACDs. *Sigh*. Reminds me of the proposal for 'UNIX
without words'.

Note that LISTUSER, LISTGROUP, and LISTACCT all take ;FORMAT=BRIEF, et
al. This is to say that they take real English words as arguments
instead of arbitrary numbers; whether you know what this will actually
produce is another matter, but you can guess that is will be brief in
contrast to something else.

One can go to the trouble of defining variables to function this way:
SETVAR ACD -2 to allow LISTFILE filename,!ACD. It's a pity to have to,
though.
