We have and are continuing to develop PowerBuilder appications hitting
our Image databases via Image/Sql. We have been pretty successfull in
doing this and it's somewhat suprising how quickly they can be developed.
However there still are several issues to address such as response time
etc. Obviously the complexity hitting the Image databases will be more
than a typical relational database because most client server app's are
geared toward the relational model.
