Dear DISC/Omnidex Customers, Partners, and Friends,

DISC recently experienced an unplanned failure of our Internet connection
which shut down
our web pages as well as our external email. Many of you may have received
bounced emails if you
tried to contact us in the past week starting Friday, September 11. And any
emails sent from
Friday to Wednesday of this week likely never got delivered.

The outage was caused by our ISP while they were moving their offices and
switching their backbone
provider. We were assured that there would be no outage and were one of
several customers in the
Colorado area that were severely impacted. We have changed ISPs and have
signed with a national
provider and are implementing several redundancy procedures so we do not
experience this type of
outage again.

We want to assure everyone that the dedicated staff at DISC continues to
work hard to provide you
with the best indexing and retrieval system available.

Our apologies and please resend to any of your DISC contacts that may not
have replied back to you
due to this outage as we have been receiving and replying to email for the
past two days.

Our standard web pages will be replacing this message within the next few
days after we complete
contacting our customers and partners.

Thank you,

Dynamic Information Systems
