Instead of limits which can cause problems for users if the limit is
reached,
every 6 months we would run an MPEX report of @[log in to unmask]@ and date accessed >
400 days.

We would send this list of files (appropriatly broken up) to the
responsible departments
asking for a cleanup to be done, or atleast notify us (the computer
department) about
what files could be purged.  With the final note that "if we are not
notified in 30 days,
these files were be PURGED!".
