Actually, a more correct formula would be:

   1 sector = 256 bytes

Seriously, I'm not sure what you were trying to say, since Barry's
formula is completely correct (assuming (for both of you) 256-byte sectors,
and the standard definition of 1 MB = 1,048,576 bytes).
