There is a freeware program called DBHTML available at Allegro's web site
that "takes an IMAGE root file, and produces an HTML page describing the
database. (It can also produce a flat SCHEMA file for the database.)". The

It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it could be worth
checking out.
