Interesting and fun thread. It brought back a lot of memories.

Someone mentioned the original folded pocket guide. I kept one at my desk
till the day I retired from HP. Just a nit pick, but the color was closer to
that of a manila folder than goldenrod..   IMO...  The folded pocket card
was for MPE C the forerunner to MPE II. I also had a copy of the "bedsheet"
for MPE C. "Bedsheet" being the original tables manual.

In my desk here at home, I have a printer forms layout ruler given to me by
A Standard Register sales rep in 1964. Why I hang on to this I do not know.
In the same drawer I have the "POST" slide rule that helped me get through
school.
