Very pleasant Irish humor.

This first sentence would make more sense if "Saddam Hussein" were
replaced with "George Bush". He's had a more recent "invasion". Of
course, then you'd be forced to modify the rest of the story but it
would still make more sense especially when one considers the
probability that Saddam and Paddy wouldn't have been able to overcome
language difficulties.

Just a little Fred humor.
