1.       How do I format a wheel tape on a HP9000 925 machine?
A new tape or used STORE tape does not need this. IBM labelled tapes or
other foreign sources: Just STORE any file to the tape and watch the console
if any requests pop up. (e.g.. Label overwrite confirmation)

2.      What is the difference between the utilities CHECKSLT and VALIDATE?
CHECKSLT is for SLT checking, VALIDATE is for compatibility mode STORE tape
checking.
