Yes, you are plugging your employer. Don't lose any sleep over it, just
issue a plug alert.

On the groups / forums / whatever that I have visited for vendors, all I
read are the flames from the unhappy customers. If I hadn't had the
experience, first for a truly solid product that some people did not
understand and therefore did not trust or did not understand how to use,
then with Reveal as it was about to liquidate, I would never buy
anyone's products. I just bought a Creative Labs Graphics Blaster video
card; when I visited their support web page, most of what I read where
complaints. But it would be disingenuous for the vendor to remove the
flames. Frankly, I cannot agree with many of the statements made in the
flames against HP in the previous post.

Happy customers tell maybe a few others, and get on with their lives.
Unhappy customers complain, frequently to no avail, and then complain
some more, and probably continue to complain any time that vendor, any
of their products, or a similar product from another vendor, or vendors
in general come up.
