I've just created a new mailing list aimed specifically HP3000
Consultants/Contractors working outside of the US
to discuss and share information about such things as...

* Work availability
* Rates of Pay
* Who's looking for what (work/skills/hardware etc)
* General News and Views with a distinct "outside-the-US" focus
* International Tax Issues
* Contractual Legal Issues

Unfortunately, it is a "ListBot" list and you will experience a certain
amount of advertising with the messages but
it can be blissfully ignored when you consider that the running of the list
is free..
