Look at the log record Types

Use sysdiag/logtool/summarize log=n
then list log=n type=111

n=last logfile#

look at the IO errors for the potential offending devices. Could be a sign
of a bad hpib card,
scsi card, lan card, console card, or something *else*!

I looked at the web site.  Somehow we need every CIO in the world to see the
one sentence:

"There is a trend in the industry towards using HP3000 Business Servers (and
their native IMAGE/SQL Databases) for applications where high performance
and low cost of ownership are the key issues."
