Distinguished List readers:
In my capacity as Chairman for the MPE track at this year's
HPWorld Conference, I've received some suggestions about
scheduling a 'super-block' of presentations to form sort of
a mini-training series for attendees new to MPE or those
looking at refreshing their skills. The suggestion is to
arrange something similiar to the 'super session' that was
done in Anaheim which received good feedback from those that
attended it.
The format that has been suggested is along a 'cookbook' style
of presentations on a variety of topics. If we were to find
an 8-12 hour block and put together a menu for a 'cooking'
school, what would be some of the courses that would
be prepared? Should the 'meals' range from learning how to
boil water all the way to preparing some exquisite gourmet delight
with a compliment of beverages to wet the attendee's appetite?
What kinds of different flavors should we include so these classes
would appeal to the diverse palate of the attendees and satisfy
their thirst and hungry for knowledge?
I'm standing by, interested in what my fellow 'galloping gourmets'
have to offer. Certainly there are chiefs amoung us that would
volunteer their expertise to make this school a culinary success!
This is clearly a case where there is no such thing as 'too many
cooks ruining the broth...' :)
