First thing I would do is run ODE MAPPER from the ISL prompt.
To do so, boot your system from the primary path, then, at the ISL prompt, type
ODE
RUN MAPPER
At that point, your DLT drive should at least be recognized.
If it's not, there is some hardware or hardware configuration issue that
needs attention.
If it is, then we can look at possibly some sysgen configuration problems.
