Al,

My experience with support from Minisoft has been pretty good but you
have to call them. I've had some bad experiences with the ODBC
solutions for Image from a couple of the commercial vendors but some
of the problems stemmed from my clients being in a hurry (like finish
it yesterday) and not following up a problem all the way up the
support chain to the top.

I'm also thinking about all the non-ODBC/SQL elements that could be
slowing things down. There is alot that can go wrong that is outside
their control. If you do determine that it is Minisoft, and you have
given them a chance to make it work, try another ODBC solution.
