Ye gods, I must interject.
It was a joke.
Partly an inside joke, as we have found some silly reasons for blockages.
The biggest and best is http://babelfish.altavista.com
<http://babelfish.altavista.com> which is a site for translating words and
phrases into various languages. We are blocked.
Reason : profanity 1 nudity 1 fullnudity 1 sex 1 gross 1 racist 1 satanic 1
drug 1 militant 1 gambling 1 alcohol 1
So, I made a ludicrous comment coupled with a jibe at Uncle Sam and didn't
expect it to be anything but giggled at.
Here, and now, I'm making a stand. I refuse to be taken seriously. If I
actually try that link and I do get blocked, I'll retract my retraction, but
as it stands now, it was merely in jest.
Some people scare me,
Phil

Perhaps the listing:
Article XIX: Sex and the right to vote.
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall
not be denied or
abridged by the United States or by any State on account
of sex.
