To which I would like to add:

We too, are a thoroughly satisfied NetMail/3000 user (on a 927).  I use
Outlook (ok, Outlook 98 Beta) - and I really appreciate the SPAM filtering
features.  I update every three days with a scheduled batch job which goes
to 3K's FTP site, pulls the necessary files and updates my system.  My spam
has decreased over 90% (although it will never go away - the spammers always
find a way around filters).
