As I was saying before I hit the send key...

man pages are formatted with a program called troff (written by James Clark,
one of the people behind XML).  There is a win32 GNU version of troff called
groff.  You can get it from:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/groffl.htm.

If you download it you can format a man page with this command:

 groff -man -Tascii manpage.1

where manpage.1 is the name of your man page.  It prints the output to
$stdlist..uh..sorry, stdout.  You can also create a postscript version using
groff.  Mark's way is a lot faster, but if you want to play around and learn
something new...
