HP's compilers both support C89 ANSI and a K&R mode.
At one time the two PA-RISC C compilers were the same.

But now the HP-UX C compiler is supporting some C99 features.
It supports PA-RISC 1.1 and 2.0 (both wide and narrow mode).

And it has been ported to IPF.
But on 11.22, the IPF C compiler has been replaced by the IPF aC++ in C mode
and K&R will no longer be supported except by using the legacy C compiler.

And there are gcc versions.
