the best COBOL source level debugger is TRAX from CCS (I think they changed
the company name recently), but their phone number is 732-739-5600.  This
is NOT an editor, it is just a debugger and it is awesome.

For an editor I would recommend Programmer Studio from Whisper
Technologies, www.whispertech.com

Subject:  hp3000 editors




I'm looking for an editor for the HP3000 where we can put Traces or
beakpoints for debugging purposes.  The language we are using is COBOL., I
haven't been able to find any.  Is anyone using this type of editor.
