InterNic is not a Domian Name Registrar, it simply authorizes who may
become a registrar and maintains root servers database. You must request
changes to your domain through the registrar that hosts your domain.

Presuming that you have your domain registered at Network
Solutions, Inc., and not some other registrar, then you should
be able to accomplish all domain specific changes via email
by using the template generator at:

This site is for changing registered (public) Name Servers. If
you are simply trying to change the identity of the name server
that hosts your domain's DNS entries then you need to go to
the address given above.

Bear in mind that only the registered contacts may approve
changes made via the internet. That the process involves
generating an e-mail template from the web site, receiving it at
the address provided for the request, submitting it via e-mail to
Network Solutions via e-mail, receiving a confirmation request
at the e-mail address on file for one of the domain contacts,
replying to this with the authorization field completed, THEN
getting another e-mail at the administrative contact's e-mail
address and confirming the request.

If the contacts' e-mail addresses have not been maintained
and are not current then you will need to submit a hard copy
request via post or fax. You can get this at:

Jim
