As far as I remember, only one OPTION LOGON is allowed at each
UDC level.  If multiple OPTION LOGON statements appear in the
same UDC file, only the first one is executed.
 
If multiple UDC files are set at the same level (i.e. more than one
user level UDC), the files are searched in the order they were set.
 
Bob, are you sure both UDCs were at the same level on 4.0?  If this
is really happening on 4.0, maybe you have found a bug there.  I'll
try and verify how my 4.0 system works a little later.
