Either Quiz or Qtp can accomplish the same results. Your choice.

Sort the records on whatever makes up the key for the final record. If the
record layouts for regular and overtime hours are identical then you only
need to subtotal the hours and write out the subtotal AT the sort break. If
the record layouts are different then you'll need some sort of define to get
the hours values, which you would then subtotal.

Send me some more details and I'll write the code for you :-)
