RAFCP uses TFTP to perform the configuration download to the DTC
(code is on the DTC 16 RX already in the form of flash EEPROM).
TFTP is only available on the HP-UX management platform at this
time (some investigation is going on with regards to the PC platform,
but no decisions have been made. Outside vendor issues abound.)
 
Because TFTP is only available on the HP-UX platform, the configuration
software was written for the HP-UX platform only. Remember that this
also includes the small 700-series boxes.
