OK I understand now. I guess the wording of the original post which I
questioned led me to believe that something "magic" happens once you
get to CPU #10 under 6.5, but in fact it's that nothing BAD happens
once you get to CPU #10, unlike what used to happen in 6.0 and
previous. :)
