There was no need to manually re-create the accounts after the INSTALL and that is perhaps why things went wrong.



After purging those accounts you need to restore the directory as previously shown - and follow with your files restore.



After restoring the directory, you can check that all user volume accounts and groups are correctly homed to their appropriate volume sets by issuing:



:report @.@;onvs=uservolumesetname
