Well, no one says Jeff talks too much, but I, on the other hand, get that
feedback at times.  But,MPE tends to "work" if you have all the right
parts and you don't need to be too concerned about little details. Unix,
on the other hand, needs lots of little details fixed. However, MPE Posix
does seem to tend in this direction (like fixing all the permissions).

PS Jeff was supposed to have the HP9K administration honors on our new
system, but our cutovoer schedule got bumped up (next month became next
week).
