The listfile /MPEACCOUNT/MPEGROUP,8 does not give accurate results.  It may
be more an indication of how many files within that account/group are open
than how many mpe users are logged into that group/account.  See below:

Even Stan's suggestion may not be entirely accurate (He did indicate YMMV)
if you have MPEX in your site.  It seems for each job/session 'JSMAIN', 'CI'
and 'main.pub.vesoft' open up the UDC files.
