Apologies for being a little off topic.

We have demoed Reveal/CS + Reveal/PC and found it to provide the
functionality which we require viz. Access to 'static' reports from a
legacy system which have been loaded from HP3000 to NT server. The
reports are indexed via Reveal and the user can access those reports
using Reveal/PC. Wonderful!

Only problem is that Opin Systems will not sell us anything below a 5
user licence! We require 1 seat with the possibility for 1 more. No
dice say Opin thru their Australian distributor.

Does anyone know of any similar products which run on NT, can accept
'ASCII text file reports' and will allow us to purchase the number of
licences we need, not what they want to sell us?

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, we are an existing customer of Opin. I
would also be interested in anyone else's comments on this type of
software licencing policy for NT.
