FWIW, I didn't think the Shawn's original posting was especially trollish,
especially not by the often-low standards of this list.  But once I thought of
the parallels between stone-age Neanderthals and stone-age computer
professionals (read "ME"), I just couldn't resist.

I did, however, post too quickly, and I kept thinking of new bits.  If I had
posted 36 hours later I would have had my own Geico comparison, how keeping an
MPE system running is "so easy even a caveman could do it"  (apologies to
anyone who doesn't watch American TV and has no idea what I am talking about).

And (check the exact title of this thread)  "They let Neanderthals on the
space shuttle?"  Some might consider that fitting, as the space shuttle itself
may be a bit stone-age now.
