HP has posted its page of "2001 proxy materials,"
which includes:

   -- the 2001 proxy statement

   -- the 2000 form 10-k

   -- the 2000 annual report

All are available as PDFs; all but the 10-k also are
available as web pages.  I recommend the PDFs.

Included is the date of the annual shareholders' meeting
(2/27 -- a couple weeks after the-meeting-formerly-known-as-IPROF).
