XDSMAP, part of the Developer's Toolbox available from Lund Performance
Solutions (http://www.lund.com).  It provides "plug-compatible" replacements
for the XDS intrinsics, using mapped files to provide a substantial
performance benefit (and bypass the system limit on the number of XDS's).
