Are there any others that have trouble or cannot connect to jazz?

You could go to jazz to get showconn/abortcon, but why bother.  Simply
install patch NSSFD16A and you will get three files.  ABORTCON,
SHOWCONN, and SC.NSRV0000.TELESUP.  Just move these 3 files to
PUB.SYS and you're ready to go.
