IIRC, my note probably says (I haven't read this particular copy, so I don't
know if I've been edited) that this product isn't capable of reproducing the
spoolfile CCTLs in the PDF output because the CCTL information just isn't
available to POSIX API programs such as Perl.

But if spoolfile CCTLs are not an issue, or if you want to generate PDF output
from normal text files, then you might want to take a look at this package
which appears to work as documented on MPE.

PS: No <plug> needed since I don't get any of the shareware money from this
package.  My only role was testing it on MPE for the author.
