Subject: Predictive/iX Customer Survey

CSY is evaluating our plans for supporting Predictive/iX on our
next
     generation HP 3000 systems.

I'd like to understand how our customers are using Predictive/iX
today
in order to ensure we meet the requirements on future platforms.
In
particular, I'd like to know the answers to the following:

o Are you using Predictive/iX today? If so, how?
Yes, identify possible hardware failures.

o Which devices and platforms are being monitored in your
environment
       under Predictive/iX?
HP3000 CPU, memory, tape drives and disk drives.

o Are there any features/capabilities that should be made available
in
       future Predictive/iX versions?
Current features are adequate

o On a scale of 1-5, how much does your environment depend on
       Predictive/iX (1 means you don't use it; 5 means you can't live
       without it)?
Cannot live without it. Without it there would be no reason to stay
with hp provides support.

I would appreciate any feedback you can provide me. Thanks very
much!
