I had HPBIN.SYS in my path for a few weeks after getting 4.5 / 5.0,
and removed it. I don't want "sh" to be interpreted as "run the shell",
because most of the time I type it at a CI prompt it's an accident (I thought
I was in QEDIT, and wanted to SHut the current work file).

However, after removing the @#$%^ "clear screen" in /etc/profile, accidentally
entering the shell isn't so painful any more.
