Chuck said not to worry, the CSL has been preserved. Due to legal reasons, with
the Interex bankruptcy and copyright ownership issues, he cannot post the
library to a web site for anyone to download a copy of the "collection."
However, if someone that was a member of Interex needs a copy of something in
the collection, he can send it to you upon request. Send him an email at c s h
i m a d a @ v e r i z o n . n e t (take out the spaces, and Chuck, I hope I
spelled that correctly, it's early here in CA's bay area as I write this).

Chuck also said he's basically on hold with regards to the copyright issues and
the ability to post the entire collection to a web site where anyone can
download until sometime in December, after some decisions have been made by the
bankruptcy court.

Also, if you do not have a list of the contents of the library, there should be
places on the Internet that archive such things (think search engines to
locate) and then send him an email with your request.

As an aside, Birket Foster, Chairman of OpenMPE (<plug??>) has indicated that
his firm has the complete set of the CSL tapes. So the community can rest a
little easier knowing that the CSL is preserved in more than one location, and
one of those isn't subject to earthquakes.... :)
