Before we get our undees in a bundle, I forgot that there are some checks
and balances in the program. The program has to be in certain location and
it has to have a lockword. So in the end, it may not solve the problem
after all.

In fact, my version of GOD will send messages to the console stating who is
running the program. Previous versions did not even have that.

Before you start waving your fingers at me, keep something in mind. There
is enough material, on the Internet and off, to aid some evil doer to
crack into your HP3000. System administrators should review, and update,
their system security procedures often! In fact, it should be a top
responsibility.

So lets do a soapbox check, ok. I'm not the bad guy here! I'm just trying
to help.

Ouch! That's a dangerous tool to put in the public's hands! I assume it
needs to reside in a group with PM capability. Sysadmins, if others in
your
organization subscribe to the HP3000-L, now would be a good time to review
the existence of groups with PM capability, and who has write access to
them.

I hope that you have an account that you can sign on to. Download a copy
of GODXL from http://horner.horner.home.mindspring.com . Sign on to that
account, upload GODXL, run GODXL, and do a listuser manager.sys;pass and
listacct sys;pass.

Hope this helps
