That depends on where you are. If you're anywhere in the Mountain Daylight
Time zone or that part of the Central Standard Time zone that doesn't observe
daylight savings, you've got your feet firmly planted on the ground and your
clocks fully wound.

   Mon, 2 Jun 2003 13:39:04 +0000 = Mon, 2 Jun 2003 09:39:04 -0006

The lefthand time is measured with zero hours offset from Zulu; the righthand
time is six hours retarded from downtown London, or MDT.
