Dear HP e3000 User Community,

In late 2007, HP announced the Mature Product Support without Sustaining Engineering (MPS w/o SE) limited support extension for the HP e3000 through 31 December 2010 (see http://www.hp.com/products1/evolution/e3000/2010_info.html).  During the transition from the Basic Support model to the MPS w/o SE model, HP will provide you additional communications on updates and responses to various end-of-life related requests that have been made through user forums and partners. The first set of these ongoing communications is now available at http://www.hp.com/go/e3000. Since this is the first communication, not all the requests have been included in this release. We plan to have another communication release in the near future.
