In this case, the creator is the user.

I believe the developer on the application sending the request was expecting that our Suprtool test would fail.
In it we did use the info we expected to be receiving from the middleware application.  My guess is that somethign has changed there, which is using a wrong password.  I jast currently have no way to prove it.  And waiting to see if the other group is finding clues, better yet, answers.
